After a few heavy storms, I discovered a few leaks needing repair. Luckily, my roof was under warranty from the previous homeowners, and Performance Roofing was able to get the roof patched up with skill and efficiency. Our experience with Performance Roofing was 5 stars at every step. We had complex damage from a tree to an old roof that was beyond repair. The cost estimate for a new roof was detailed, and did not change after the job was complete. Mark, Tyler, and Raimundo were each great to deal with.
We had a roof replaced on a larger, 2nd house in the Dallas area. Same 5-star performance. Thanks again to Mark, John, Raimundo, and the entire team.

Performance and Mark provided hail related roof replacwement services for me at a residential leased property in July 2026. Both company and Mark are polite, professional, knowledgeable, HONEST and provided a timely, high quality and cost effective replacement while working well with the insurer - a big deal with the current stable of roofing contractors and for someone like me, an engineer and heavy commericial developer/builder for decades. It was nice to experience these positive results again - I even received attic stock without having to ask. My new roofing company for all my leased properties !

Mark Mullen was great to work with. We discussed shingle quality, longevity, and color. We also went over the various types of roof ventilation and other venting. We agreed that my house needed to upgrade to six inch gutters. I also needed to have the kitchen ceiling repainted due to water stains. All work was done when scheduled, efficiently, and quickly.

Highly recommend! We had a great experience from start to finish. They were prompt, friendly, and easy to work with. I was very pleased with the professionalism, the timeliness, and the courtesy that I received with my new gutters. Zack, who came out to do an estimate was very professional, kept me informed of his ETA, walked around the house with me and explained exactly how it would look. He showed the team exactly what I wanted. And the team was very courteous. Did a beautiful job and made sure I was pleased before they left. Start to finish was only a couple of days.
